Description: This Address Point feature class was created by combining existing Johston County centroids with physical addresses present in telco, planning, and tax databases. All points were field verified using windshield survey method during the period of February 2014 - August 2015. All points contain a "Confidence" attribute stating the result of the windshield survey performed per each address point location. Street names and formats have been standardized to match Johnston County centerlines and guidlines.
